Smart Tryout Refund Policy

  • What we sell: practice is free. The only paid item is digital access to answer explanations: Rp 10,000 per practice, or the 6-Month Package at Rp 500,000. There are no physical goods, no shipping, and no auto-renewal.
  • Full refund if:
  • you were charged twice for the same order;
  • payment succeeded but access did not open and we could not fix it within 2 x 24 hours of your report;
  • a technical fault on our side made the explanations inaccessible.
  • No refund: once explanations have been opened or accessed, or for a change of mind, except for technical faults on our side.
  • How to request: email tryout@sumbersolusioptimal.com within 7 days of payment. Include your account email, the order number or proof of payment, and a description of the issue.
  • Processing: we review requests within 3 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method via Midtrans within about 14 working days; when the funds arrive may depend on your bank or payment provider. The related access is deactivated once the refund is processed.
